Muhammad Art Attack Conspirator Gets 30 Years

The only known, living terrorist connected to the May 2015 attack at the Muhammad Art contest in Texas, Abdul Malik Abdul Kareem, has been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison. Prosecutors had been asking for a life sentence. Kareem, whose given name is Decarus Thomas, is a former Baptist who converted to Islam.

Feds Seek Life for Texas Muhammad Art Attack Conspirator

FBI Alerted Garland PD of Shooter’s ‘High Interest’ Before Attack

While the White House still won’t call it a terrorist attack, word out of the FBI on Thursday that the Bureau had been in communication with Garland Police hours before the attack, and had provided a picture of Elton Simpson, and his license plate information, and including him with a group of people thought to have “high interest” in the “Draw Mohammed” event over the weekend.
