Obama Declines to Endorse Any Current Presidential Candidate’s Education Plan

Monday at North High School in Des Moines, IA, President Barack Obama refused to endorse Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton’s education policy.

When asked, “Of all the next presidential candidates that are in line, which ones have the best idea for education reform to make it more affordable and accessible?”

Obama said, “I promise you—generally I’m going to give you straight answers, but on this one I’m going to wiggle around a little bit. Right now I’m going to stay out of the campaign session—partly because I can’t keep track of all the candidates. So I’ll wait till it’s whittled down a little bit before I have an opinion.”
