Tuesday at a press conference, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said President Donald Trump tweet saying Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) would “do anything” for campaign contributions was “nasty.”
Schumer said, “Well first that tweet was nasty, unbecoming of a president. Senator Gillibrand is an outstanding member of the Senate. The President needs to cut it out with the tweeting. He ought to stop tweeting and start leading.”
Lightweight Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a total flunky for Chuck Schumer and someone who would come to my office “begging” for campaign contributions not so long ago (and would do anything for them), is now in the ring fighting against Trump. Very disloyal to Bill & Crooked-USED!
