Bill Clinton: Hillary Out For Obama Second Term

Yesterday, former president Bill Clinton said that he had “no earthly idea” if his wife, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, would run for president in 2016. Aside from the obvious untruth here – everyone knows Hillary will run in 2016 – he also stated that Hillary would take a few years to “regroup” before deciding. That makes it official: there will be no Hillary Clinton in a prospective second Obama term.

Clinton will not be the only major figure to abandon the Obama administration if he is re-elected. Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner will leave the administration if Obama wins re-election. That leaves Obama’s foreign policy – such as it is – and his financial policy both adrift.
