Former Secret Service Director: Cartagena 'Aberration'

Former U.S. Secret Service Director Ralph Basham says the kinds of activity that happened in Cartagena with Secret Service agents didn’t happen when he was leading the organization, and generally it’s “not the character of the men and women who serve every day in the Secret Service.”
