Corey Lewandowski, senior political adviser at The Trump Organization, spoke to Breitbart News Wednesday about the allegations made by The Hollywood Reporter that Trump supporters were paid to attend his presidential announcement.

Breitbart News asked Lewandowski if the allegations were true.

“No,” he answered. “Donald Trump nor his presidential campaign have ever paid to have someone at a Trump event.”

Lewandowski added, “He always gets the largest crowds with the most standing ovations.”

The Hollywood Reporter previously reported that an email was sent by a New York-based casting agency to get actors to the Trump event Tuesday for $50 dollars a person.

Breitbart News attended the private event at Trump Tower on Tuesday when the real estate mogul entered the 2016 presidential race.

“His message is to make America Great Again,” Lewandowski said.
