Mexican illegal Juan Manuel Razo Ramirez pled guilty March 14 to one count of rape, three counts of kidnapping, and two counts each of “aggravated murder, attempted murder, attempted rape, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and felonious assault,” according to the Morning Journal.
The migrant launched his murderous crime wave three weeks after President Barack Obama’s directives forced immigration officials to release him back on the streets, instead of repatriating him.
The plea helps him escape a possible death sentence.
On July 27, Razo took his 14-year-old niece for a ride to a Painesville, Ohio park. “He took her to a more secluded area. When they got there, he asked her if she wanted to play doctor. She said no. She had to fight him off. She kicked him in the groin, ran away, and reported the crime. He said he had a knife,” said Lake County Prosecutor Charles Coulson.
Undeterred, Razo broke into another home, opened wine that he found while snatching ammo and a .22 caliber rifle — when 60-year-old Margaret “Peggy” Kostelnik arrived home to find the illegal alien rummaging through her house.
The Mexican illegal raped and killed her, according to Coulson.
“He grabbed her. He tied her up with a dog collar. He forced himself on her. He shot her three times with the rifle,” he said. Razo left her to die. “He said he shot Margaret Kostelnik because she wouldn’t voluntarily give him sex,” Coulson added.
Razo also attempted to murder an American mother walking in a park with her two young children, just to see her suffer.
“He said he shot Mary Kable because he wanted to see her fall,” Coulson said. Kable survived with non-life threatening injuries. Razo fired off several shots and one hit her in the arm.
Courtesy of the American taxpayer, a psychologist who spoke Spanish found that Razo is a schizophrenic but could stand trial.
Police caught Razo after a brief shootout. Also involved in the search for Razo at taxpayer expense: Over 50 local police officers, Ohio State Highway Patrol aircraft, K-9 units, SWAT teams, the FBI, and the U.S. Marshal’s Office — along with aircraft from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, plus armored vehicles.
Veronica Dahlberg, the executive director of Hispanic group, HOLA Ohio, scrambled to claim that a horrific illegal alien crime spree had nothing to do with the problem of immigration to America at large. “Juan Razo … has been ‘standing in line’ for his green card for over 12 years. Thus, this is not an issue about immigration,” she said in a statement shortly after Razo’s rampage.
Breaking immigration law has nothing to do with immigration, in other words. Especially if the illegal alien doesn’t get what he wants, when he wants it.
Razo reportedly lived illegally in Painesville for five years. He may have waited seven years to receive a green card, but the U.S. didn’t move quickly enough to accommodate a mentally disturbed foreigner with a second-grade education. Perhaps 10,000 Hispanics live around Painsville, making it easy for illegals like Razo to vanish into ethnic enclaves, like fish in the sea.
U.S. border patrol agents refused to detain Razo after local police stopped him for a traffic violation, three weeks before the crime spree. Since he didn’t fit into the narrow group of illegal aliens the Obama administration announced it is willing to repatriate, Razo was free.
Now, after the attacks, the agency is willing to transfer the murderer back home. Khaalid Walls, the spokesman for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), told ABC5 in July that “ICE [is] closely monitoring this case and coordinating with local authorities to ensure the safe transfer of Mr. Juan Manuel Razo-Ramirez to ICE custody should he be released from criminal custody.”
But taxpayers must now pay to feed, clothe, and house the lunatic Mexican murdering rapist for the rest of his life.
On March 4, Coulson said to Lake County Common Pleas Judge John P. O’Donnell that Razo “has agreed to be sentenced to life without parole, plus 107 years.” On March 14, O’Donnell told Razo “you will never get out of prison.”
“America is not the natural state of the world,” as bestselling author Ann Coulter wrote in Adios, America: The Left’s Plan to Turn Our Country into a Third World Hellhole. “The natural state of the world is Darfur.”
If mass Third World immigration continues, the natural state of America will become more like Mexico.
While Razo serves a life sentence in America, Peggy Kostelnik will not enjoy another day watching her nieces and nephews grow into young women and men. Instead of spending their golden years together, Kostelnik’s husband came home to find his wife, who delighted in giving a loving home to rescued racing greyhounds, tied up with a dog collar, violated and shot to death.
Razo will be formally sentenced April 27.
