Fellowship Bible Church in Shenandoah Junction, West Virginia, will give away four rifles, one shotgun, and a deer mount at its annual “Wild Beast Feast” outreach dinner Friday night.

The Journal quotes FBC senior pastor Van Marsceau saying, “This event is for hunters, fishermen, outdoorsmen and those who love the outdoors — it’ll be particularly for those who love wild venison.” He added, “It’s just a great evening of food and fellowship, and the giveaways are a lot of fun at the end.”

The guest speaker is pastor and hunter Nate Hettinga, from Cascade, Washington. He will convey “personal hunting stories from the Cascade Mountain Range and a gospel message.”

The night is designed to attract people who have been hesitant to attend services heretofore. Marsceau said, “It’s an outreach event for people who might be uncomfortable to come to church, and it gives them a chance to hear a gospel message, as well as be introduced to Fellowship Bible Church” (FBC).

In addition to the firearms and deer mount, FBC will give away pocket knives and fishing tackle. The kid’s prize is a Barnett Recruit Youth 100 Crossbow Package.

Tickets for the Wild Beast Feast are $5 for adults, $2 for children.
