Manhattan Rapist Claimed to Be Cop, FBI Agent

CBS New York: A 44-year-old woman walking near Riverside Park in Manhattan reports that a man approached her, claiming to be a policeman. He also said he was an FBI agent before punching her and dragging her into the park, where he raped her.
