Police say a dispute among brothers over a video game turned violent Wednesday morning about 5 a.m. Officials say 18-year-old Luke Marshall was playing a video game with a friend when his older brother told him to be quiet.
Shortly after his friend left, police say Luke Marshall got very upset, grabbed a double headed medieval ax and proceeded to strike his 21-year-old brother. The victim suffered cuts his right wrist and right leg, and requiring stitches.
The younger Marshall was arrested for 2nd degree Assault, Terroristic Threats, and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.
