New Mexico Mayor Punches Newspaper Publisher Over Rape Story

KOB-TV: The Gallup City Attorney tells us The Independent has published a number of stories of the mayor being accused in a rape back in the 1940’s. The mayor was never tried in the case, nor convicted.
