On Wednesday’s “Morning Joe,” former Obama adviser David Axelrod reacted to Tuesday’s outcome in Florida’s 13th congressional district in which Rep.-Elect David Jolly (R-FL) defeated Democratic hopeful Alex Sink by a very narrow margin and what he thinks Democrats should do going forward.
