Fox Sports Radio’s Clay Travis: ‘Ironic’ 49ers Linebacker Reuben Foster Was Arrested for Domestic Violence After Protesting Police Brutality

Sunday, San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster was arrested for domestic violence after the victim alleged the rookie physically dragged her during an argument.

Fox Sports Radio’s “Outkick the Coverage” host Clay Travis noted the “irony” in Foster’s arrest because he took a knee in protest of police brutality during the National Anthem in the 2017 season.

“I’m not an expert on the world of, thankfully, domestic violence or the world of police brutality, but if you are taking a knee to oppose violence, I think it’s got to be a little bit ironic if in the offseason you are arrested for beating up a woman,” Travis said Monday.
