Cathriona White, the 30-year-old girlfriend of funnyman Jim Carrey who was found dead of a suspected suicide Monday night, reportedly left a suicide note at the scene of her death – and police have confirmed the note mentioned Carrey by name.

According to Los Angeles Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter, the LAPD has confirmed that pills and a suicide note were found near White’s body at her Sherman Oaks home, reports People.

Winter confirmed that the suicide note contained Carrey’s name but did not elaborate on the content of the note or who it may have been addressed to. He also said a toxicology report on White’s body could take between 8 to 10 weeks to complete.

Carrey reportedly met White on a film set in 2012 and the pair dated off and on for several years. Us magazine reports that the couple last split up on September 24.

Meanwhile, the White family is reportedly en route to Los Angeles to retrieve Cathriona’s body for burial in Ireland.

“The family of Cathriona White sincerely regret the untimely passing of their beloved daughter and sister,” the family said in a statement Tuesday. “Cathriona was a shining light in our lives who was loved deeply by her entire family. We will miss her terribly and at this difficult time we ask to be left in private to mourn our loss. There will be no further statements on behalf of the family.”

Carrey issued his own statement Tuesday after news of White’s passing broke.

“I am deeply saddened by the passing of my sweet Cathriona,” the 53-year-old actor said. “She was a truly kind and delicate Irish flower, too sensitive for this soil, to whom loving and being loved was all that sparkled. My heart goes out to her family and friends and to everyone who loved and cared about her.”

White supposedly sent the following tweet just hours before her body was found at her Los Angeles home:
