Ellie Kemper to speak at UPenn

PHILADELPHIA, April 7 (UPI) — The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt star Ellie Kemper will speak at The University of Pennsylvania on April 21.

An Evening with Ellie Kemper, a moderated interview and open Q&A, was organized by the Social Planning and Events Committee and looks to have Kemper discuss her career and experiences in the entertainment industry.

Kemper is best known for playing the title role in Tina Fey’s new comedy for Netflix The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. She also played Dunder Mifflin’s receptionist, Erin Hannon, in The Office.

A limited number of tickets for the event went on sale Tuesday and go for $5 for Penn students and $10 for non-Penn students. The talk will be held at 6 p.m. in Harrison Auditorium.
