Dec. 3 (UPI) — Actress Sarah Paulson was memorialized on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame for her contribution to television.
She received the 2,829th star during an unveiling ceremony Tuesday, which featured commentary from her partner, Holland Taylor, and actress Amanda Peet.
Paulson, who won an Tony Award for her role in the Broadway show Appropriate, is well-known for starring in American Horror Story across 10 seasons. She is due to return for Season 13.
She is now starring in All’s Fair opposite Kim Kardashian and Glenn Close, and will soon portray a serial killer in the anthology series Monster.
“Sarah’s remarkable career and artistry have left an indelible mark on both television and film,” said the Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez in a statement. “It’s especially meaningful that her star is located right next to that of her friend and longtime collaborator, Ryan Murphy.”
Murphy, along with Ian Brennan, is the creator and executive producer behind Monster. He also created All’s Fair and American Horror Story.
