Nov. 27 (UPI) — Marcello Hernandez from Saturday Night Live and Superman actor Skyler Gisondo are to voice the roles of Shrek and Fiona’s sons in the animated movie, Shrek V, DreamWorks announced Thursday.
Zendaya was previously named to play the ogre couple’s daughter.
Mike Meyers and Cameron Diaz are reprising their roles for the film, which is set for release in December 2026.
The Hollywood franchise started in 2001. Sequels followed in 2004, 2007 and 2010.
The series also includes an animated Christmas special, a Broadway musical and two Puss in Boots spin-off movies.
