Obama Shuts Down LGBT Amnesty Protester: ‘You Are in My House. Shame on You!’

During President Obama’s remarks at a LGBT reception hosted at the White House, he was interrupted by a protester who began shouting about stopping deportations.

“Hold on a sec,” said Obama. “Okay, you know what — no, no, no, no, no, no, no.  No, no, no, no, no,” he said adamantly, as the protester continued shouting.

“Hey, listen, you are in my house,” he added. “You know know what? It’s not respectful when you get invited to somebody…” he trailed off before lecturing the protester.

“Shame on you, you shouldn’t be doing this,” he said.

The rest of the crowd began booing the heckler, as Obama requested that she be removed.

“Can we escort this person out? Can we have this person removed please?” he said to the Secret Service as they moved against her.

A press release from activist organization GetEQUAL named the heckler as Jennicet Gutiérrez, an “transgender woman who is undocumented.”

After the protester was escorted out, Obama continued. “As a general rule, I am just fine with a few hecklers but not when I’m up in the house,” he said as the crowd laughed and applauded.

“You know, my attitude is if you’re eating the hors d’oeuvres … and drinking the booze … I know, that’s right,” he said, as he continued his speech.

As he continued his speech highlighting the dramatic changes for LGBT community that took place while he was president, he was interrupted again.

“The transsexuals love you!” someone shouted.

“Well, that’s the kind of heckling I can always accept,” he grinned.
