MSNBC’s Melber: ‘Perish The Thought’ of Comparing Trump’s Crowds to Obama’s In 2007

MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent Ari Melber remarked, “perish the thought” while comparing the crowds at Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s rallies to crowds for President Obama in 2007 on Saturday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Melissa Harris-Perry.”

Melber said that there aren’t any comparisons between the crowd Trump drew for his rally on Friday in Alabama, and any other Republicans. Melber then continued, “You’d have to go over to Bernie Sanders, or even, perish the thought, Barack Obama in 2007, to actually find a crowd count, during a primary, of crowds this size.”
