The Utah County Attorney’s office announces charges against Tyler Robinson, the alleged assassin of Charlie Kirk, on Tuesday, September 16.
Kirk was assassinated while debating at Utah Valley University last Wednesday.
Utah Governor Spencer Cox has declared the state will seek the death penalty in the case.
