President Donald Trump signs a spending bill to reopen the government after the latest Democrat shutdown on Tuesday, February 3.
Democrats led by Chuck Schumer scuttled a negotiated funding bill this weekend over opposition to funding DHS and its immigration enforcement operations, sending the government into another Schumer Shutdown.
House Speaker Mike Johnson predicted a new deal would be passed by Tuesday this week.
