In President Trump’s remarks before the National Prayer Breakfast last week, he spoke movingly about the plight of “millions of people in Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea, and other countries [who] suffer under repressive and brutal regimes. America stands with all people suffering oppression and religious persecution.”

Repeal the Christian Gag Rule: Johnson Amendment Allows Continued IRS Targeting

When Donald Trump addresses the Values Voters Summit on September 9th, he will tell the assembled Christians that it is time to get the IRS out of the pulpit. And he will encourage the assorted evangelical and Catholic activists, who have gathered in Washington, D.C. for this event, to surge out of their churches and reoccupy the public square.
