While President Obama prepares to tell Americans that every dollar of spending by the federal government is vital – or, more realistically, while he prepares to lie about cutting spending while actually jacking it up to record rates – Breitbart News has been looking into possible places worth cutting. Last year, the business-destroying Environmental Protection Agency created business … in China, where they dropped a $141,450 grant to a Chinese study on pig manure. No, not horses***. Pigs***. They added a $1.2 million handout to the United Nations for clean fuel promotion, which undoubtedly led nobody to do anything of use.

China should know better than to take our grants. After all, we’re borrowing their money to fund their studies on poop.
