Last night, President Obama got the endorsement that will surely win him the election: 7-year-old Honey Boo Boo (Alana Thompson), star of the highly-watched series Here Comes Honey Boo Boo on TLC, told Jimmy Kimmel that she supported “Barack Obama!” Kimmel prompted that admission by telling Thompson that Mitt Romney liked Snooki better than Honey Boo Boo.
The crowd, naturally, cheered this announcement with the excitement of a redneck finding a new refrigerator door.
It seems that only celebrities support President Obama anymore. And, apparently, 7-year-old children who shout “You better redneck-ognize!” With that support base, how could Obama lose?
