'Toxic Queen': Alec Baldwin Launches Homophobic Rant Against Reporter
After writing that Alec Baldwin puts "Paula Deen to shame in the bigotry department," TMZ reports that Academy Award-less actor Alec Baldwin again launched his "homophobic card" against a British reporter who wrote a story about the actor's wife tweeting during James Gandolfini's funeral:
…tweeting that the reporter was "a toxic little queen." Baldwin continued, "If (sic) put my foot up your f***ing ass, George Stark, but I'm sure you'd dig it too much."
Baldwin then called the reporter a "f***ing little bitch" several times and then just plain threatened, "I'm gonna f**k you up."
ADDED: a copy of the tweets can be seen here.
Because he is a member-in-good-standing among the left, and the media personally like him, unlike Paula Deen, actor Alec Baldwin will face no repercussions in media or with his employers for his openly homophobic rant.
The media have spent over a week destroying Paula Deen (whom I am not defending), but you can already see from the coverage that most of the media are choosing to ignore the homophobic aspect of Baldwin's tirade; just like they chose to ignore Paula Deen's campaigning for Barack Obama in 2008.
This event will be yet another example of how the fascism of the media's political correctness is just another version of Kafka -- a weapon the media and left use selectively to punish those they despise. It never has and never will have anything to do with protecting people from offense.
There are no rules when it comes to political correctness. Yesterday, Texas Governor Rick Perry said some very complimentary things about Democratic State Senator Wendy Davis. Today, the media are trying to claim this is akin to calling her a "slut."
Welcome to Obama's America.
