Dem #WiRecall Candidate Lehman Admits Evading Draft

The Democratic candidate attempting to recall Wisconsin State Senator Van Wanggaard admits that he evaded the draft during the Vietnam War and was convicted of draft evasion. He claims he was pardoned in 1975 by President Gerald Ford.
