Listen: FNC's Earhardt Details Horror Stories of the Phoenix VA

Fox News Channel’s Ainsley Earhardt gave more details of her reporting on the malfeasance at the Phoenix VA office on Sean Hannity’s radio program on Wednesday.  Earhardt and Hannity said that all of the families they interviewed who were victimized by the VA’s failures were “crying” because they were “hopeless.”

Earhardt told the stories of individuals neglected by a VA office where “doctors are complaining saying, ‘Hey, I’d love to do my job, but I could do it so much better if I had good equipment,’ but they don’t have good equipment, they’re spending their money on office furniture … and people are dying.”

One woman was “out of money” due to VA bills, despite claiming the VA was “dragging its feet” which prevented her husband from getting surgery for the bladder cancer that cost him his life.  Another patient who was in “excruciating pain” so terrible that he wanted to die was sent home and told he was fine.
