DeMarcus Cousins has raised his scoring average in four consecutive NBA seasons

King Size Mistake: Sacramento Screws Up Royally In Dealing DeMarcus Cousins

The NBA All-Star Weekend has come and gone. Things were almost pretty pedestrian. Other than the game being played in New Orleans instead of North Carolina (because spineless Adam Silver and friends pulled a Bon Jovi and caved to the PC police, moving the festivities due to the Tarheel State’s ‘bathroom bill’), there wasn’t much buzz going into things. Other than wondering if either team would score 200 points, the break seemed to serve as just that for fans–a break from basketball. That all changed after the Sacramento Kings made a royally ridiculous transaction that sent shock waves throughout the association.

Herschel Walker, Donald Trump

Donald Trump, a Good Sport from Way Back

The first time I attended a professional football game two USFL squads rather than NFL franchises played. The Michigan Panthers and the New Jersey Generals collided in the Garden State, and for a boy who had never been to a game until then, it may as well have been the Super Bowl.

Kramer 2017! Sarah Palin Calls on Trump, Kasich, Cruz to Unite Behind Packers Legend

The two-and-a-half candidates still seeking the Republican nomination for president (John Kasich counts as a half because he can’t mathematically obtain the required delegates) don’t agree on much these days, but Sarah Palin is calling on all of them to unite behind a cause that Wisconsin voters surely support. The former governor of Alaska is imploring the White House hopefuls to help push a former NFL star over the goal line, straight in to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Carolina Panthers Got Cat Class and They Got Cat Style

After throttling Arizona on Sunday by a count of 49-15, Carolina heads to the Super Bowl for the second time in franchise history. The team is talented on both sides of the ball and their coaching staff meshes perfectly with personnel. Panthers football is all about execution and fun. But while the schemes and game plans that have led them to a 17-1 record thus far have been applauded, the enthusiasm and effervescence they bring to the field has been sadly panned by too many.

The Kick No Good: The Treatment of Vikings K Blair Walsh Disgusting

Inexcusable. Awful. Pathetic. All appropriate ways to describe the culmination of the Minnesota Vikings season. But, we’re not talking about Blair Walsh missing a short field goal that would’ve won the Vikes’ NFC Wild Card round playoff game as time expired. Instead it’s the treatment Walsh received after his attempt sailed wide left that was downright disgusting.

Kids Love Their Vegetables! VeggieTales Take To The Stage On Big Tour

In the theme song of the long-running kids television show VeggieTales, there’s a line that goes “There’s never-ever-ever-ever-ever been a show like VeggieTales”. They’re absolutely right about that one–and the same holds true for the ongoing VeggieTales Live tour traveling across the nation.

All Eyes on Dark Knight Harvey, Mets Following Dirty Chase Utley Play

As the hit series Gotham airs on Fox Monday night, baseball takes center stage on TBS with a pitcher known as The Dark Knight taking the hill for the New York Mets. The first postseason game in the history of Citi Field, sure to draw plenty of viewers anyway, becomes must-see-TV to thousands more thanks to a new villain—at least for Mets fans.

Sarah Palin Cleans Obama’s Clock on Muslim Teen’s Sketchy Device

Count Sarah Palin among the sane who clearly doesn’t think a clock or school supplies should look like an explosive device. “Yep, believing that’s a clock in a school pencil box is like believing Barack Obama is ruling over the most transparent administration in history,” Palin wrote. “Right. That’s a clock, and I’m the Queen of England.”

Sarah Palin to Speak in DC at Anti-Iran Deal Rally

Palin announced that she will appear at a rally in Washington this week protesting the U.S. nuclear agreement with Iran. Presidential candidates Donald Trump and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz will join Palin at the event along with several politicians, broadcasters, and other leaders concerned about a deal that President Obama has secured enough support for in the Senate to stop the GOP from blocking it.
