Pro-American Immigration Reformers: ‘It’s Likely’ Kate Steinle’s Illegal Alien Killer Will Try to ‘Come Back’ to U.S.

Pro-American immigration reformers say “it’s likely” that the five-times deported and seven-time felon illegal alien who allegedly caused the death of 32-year-old Kate Steinle in sanctuary city San Francisco, California, will “come back” illegally to the United States even after being deported.

After illegal alien Jose Garcia Zarate, also known as Juan Francisco López-Sánchez, was not convicted of the murder of Steinle — despite previously admitting to shooting and killing the woman while she was walking on a pier with her father — the Center for Immigration Studies, which advocates for an end to illegal immigration and reduced legal immigration levels, released a statement explaining how it is likely the illegal alien may attempt to return to the U.S.

“It’s shocking and disturbing that Zarate has escaped responsibility for the death of Kate Steinle,” Center for Immigration Studies spokeswoman Marguerite Telford said:

What is even more shocking and disturbing is that San Francisco, Chicago, New York, and other cities, and now the entire state of California still insist on keeping the sanctuary policies that led to this tragedy. According to ICE, since 2014 there have been 10,000 criminal aliens released by sanctuary policies who subsequently committed new crimes after their release – that’s 10,000 preventable crimes.

“There’s a chance that Zarate will soon walk out the door of the jail in San Francisco, and even if he walks into the arms of ICE and is deported, it’s likely he will try to come back illegally, as he has five times before.”

Zarate could readily re-enter the U.S. as he previously has, though he would likely face more challenges as President Trump’s administration has increased U.S. Border Patrol security, though it has yet to begin construction of its planned border wall.

Even the most ardent Trump supporters like populist conservative columnist and New York Times best-selling author Ann Coulter has demanded the president immediately start building the border wall along the U.S.-Mexican border.

Telford also blasted the prospects of Congress giving amnesty to nearly 800,000 illegal aliens shielded from deportation under the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program when illegal immigration remains a constant problem that puts Americans’ lives at risk.

“Addressing the problems in our immigration system that allowed all this to happen should be a top priority for Congress, not rushing to pass a DACA amnesty, as some members have called for,” Telford said.

Federal immigration officials at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency have committed to deporting — for the sixth time — the illegal alien who caused Steinle’s death, as Breitbart News reported.

Steinle was killed while walking with her father on a pier in San Francisco in 2015 when the illegal alien shot her. Steinle pleaded with her father to not let her die, but she soon passed away in her father’s arms.

Steinle’s death has not only caused a national debate on immigration policy, but the killing has galvanized a grassroots movements of pro-American immigration reformers and Angel Parents — the family members of Americans killed by illegal aliens — to demand a crackdown on illegal immigration and a legal immigration policy that puts the jobs, needs, and lives of Americans first.
