A US prosecutor on Thursday accused the Cleveland man charged with kidnapping three women of forcefully terminating their pregnancies, and warned he may seek the death penalty.
“The county will pursue charges for each and every act of sexual violence and all attempted murders and for each act of aggravated murder he committed by terminating pregnancies,” Cuyahoga County prosecutor Timothy McGinty said.
