The teenager wanted in connection with the Boston bomb attacks has not yet been apprehended, but police pledged Friday to capture him, again appealing to the public for help.
“We are committed to seeing a conclusion to this case,” Massachusetts State Police chief Timothy Alben told reporters. Governor Deval Patrick said an order for residents to stay at home had been lifted, but he urged continued vigilance.
