Iraqi authorities have freed on bail a French reporter held for three weeks after taking unauthorised photos in Baghdad, press rights group Reporters without Borders (RSF) said Thursday.
RSF said a French embassy source in Baghdad said Nadir Dendoune was met by the ambassador on his release. He was in Iraq to write a series of stories on the upcoming 10th anniversary of the US-led invasion of the country.
