Egypt Finance Minister Mumtaz al-Said (C) rings the bell during the inauguration ceremony of new premises for Egypt’s stock exchange in Cairo in April. Said will keep his post in Egypt’s new government, although Mohamed Morsi’s Muslim Brotherhood had strongly opposed his budget.
