Tibetan Exiles Send Letter Penned in Blood to PM Asking for Help in Independence Struggle

Tibetan exiles have written a letter in blood asking the the Indian Prime Minister to support their struggle for Tibetan independence. The protesters, holding portraits of their spiritual leader Dalai Lama staged a demonstration against the Chinese rule in Tibet. They chanted slogans against China as well as writing a letter in blood. Tibetans have been waging a struggle against Chinese rule in Tibet since 1959.
