Obama Mocks Critics of Incandescent Light Bulb Bans

President Obama at a town hall event in upstate New York Friday mocked critics of his proposed energy regulations, focusing on opposition to a law (passed under George W. Bush) which effectively bans the manufacture of incandescent light bulbs.
