Education At Risk In Kenya's Tribal Divide

Two years ago, Kenya was torn apart by ethnic violence following the country’s disputed presidential elections. Violence has abated, but the tribal divisions that were laid bare remain. Near Eldoret, in western Kenya, Kalenjin and Kikuyu children once went to school together — but no longer.
