Huckabee: Clinton’s ‘Move On’ Call on Email Scandal Same Message Pushed During Lewinsky Episode

Monday on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” former Gov. Mike Huckabee (R-AR), a former candidate for the 2016 GOP presidential nomination, discussed presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s call to “move on” as the FBI investigation into her use of a private email server while secretary of state winds down.

Huckabee likened it the Bill Clinton-Monica Lewinsky scandal of the 1990s, which gave birth to the MoveOn.org movement.

“It’s like a Monty Python skit,” Huckabee said. “Move along here, there’s nothing to see. And that’s been their whole idea that there’s nothing here. Let’s just move on. And let’s just remember where the whole move on movement started – it started back during the whole Bill Clinton scandal with Monica Lewinsky. The website MoveOn.org, the organization got started all about just ignoring major problems that the Clintons were involved in. So it’s like the revival of the whole Move On movement – let’s just move on.”
