Former DNC Chair Howard Dean: ‘Hardest Person for Us to Run Against Is Jeb Bush’

Former governor of Vermont and former Chairman of the Democratic National Committee Howard Dean opined on the 2016 GOP primary candidates while speaking with host John Catsimatidis on his Sunday AM 970 New York radio show “The Cats Roundtable.”

When asked which GOP candidate he thought was the strongest, Dean replied Jeb Bush, saying he would be the “hardest person for us to run against in the 2016 presidential election.

“I think the hardest person for us to run against is Jeb Bush. They’ve got 16 or 17 or 18 people who might end up in that race, so I’m not at all convinced Jeb Bush can get the nominations, but he’s got a lot of advantages that a lot candidates don’t have, mostly in fundraising.”
