A Florida woman was arrested and charged with battery after assaulting her girlfriend with a sex toy in the presences of police, NBC St. Petersburg reports.

On Saturday, St. Petersburg police were called to the home of Annette Kielhurn, 57, and her lover, Gamze Capaner-Ridley, 47, to help the latter move out of the residence.

Capaner-Ridley had filed a civil domestic violence injunction against Kielhurn the day before.

But Kielhurn got belligerent when Capaner-Ridley began to pack a dress that Kielhurn claimed was hers. An argument began in front of police, whereupon Kielhurn shoved a dildo in Capaner-Ridley’s face.

Police report that they warned Kielhum not to approach the younger woman, but, “Shortly afterwards the defendant intentionally shoved a ‘dildo’ in the victim’s face and grabbed her right arm while arguing who it belonged to.”

Kielhurn, who has Capaner-Ridley’s first name tattooed on her chest, was booked on a misdemeanor charge and released after posting a $500 bond.

The older woman, once a New York State corrections officer, has a growing criminal record. Late in the 1990s she was convicted of narcotics trafficking and served three years after being discovered with 25 kilos of cocaine in her car. She had also been arrested in June for trespassing in St. Petersburg.
