Donald Trump, the 2016 GOP presidential frontrunner, Tweeted on Saturday evening that the protester removed from a rally in Dayton, Ohio, earlier on Saturday after apparently attempting to grab his leg had ties to the Islamic State group ISIS.

When the protester made his move at Trump, U.S. Secret Service (USSS) agents rushed on stage to retake control of the scene and protect the candidate.

“USSS did an excellent job stopping the maniac running to the stage. He has ties to ISIS. Should be in jail!” Trump Tweeted on Saturday evening. The Tweet includes a video apparently indicating the individual’s Islamic ties. No more information is available at this time.

After the agents rushed on stage to protect Trump, and removed the individual, Trump continued his rally unfazed.

“Thank you for the warning. I was ready for him, but it’s much easier if the cops do it, don’t we agree? What a great job!” he said, before continuing his speech.
