A criminal illegal alien has been deported to his native El Salvador where he is wanted for homicide, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has announced.

Brian Alejandro Martinez, a 32-year-old criminal illegal alien, was deported to El Salvador last week after having a lengthy criminal record in the United States.

Martinez had originally entered the U.S. illegally through the southern border in 2006. Days later, he was caught by U.S. Border Patrol and falsely claimed he was from Mexico. Federal immigration officials sent him to Mexico at the time.
Afterward, the illegal alien re-entered the U.S. at a date that federal officials are unclear on, eventually making his way up to West New York, New Jersey, where he was arrested in 2014 on a number of charges.

At the time, he was sentenced to more than 250 days in jail and fined, but was eventually released after posting bail.

In August 2016, Martinez was arrested in New York on another round of charges. Months later, the illegal alien was re-arrested by ICE, and just this year he was ordered removed by an immigration judge.

“This individual’s egregious immigration history and serious criminal history in the U.S., as well as being wanted for homicide in his home country, shows that he is a dangerous individual who warranted removal from the community and the U.S.,” New Jersey ICE official John Tsoukaris said in a statement.

Martinez was wanted for homicide in El Salvador and has now been handed over to officials in the country, where he will face charges.
