Former Vice President Joe Biden renewed questions about his cognitive health during an appearance on The View on Tuesday when he confused the meaning of “cure,” referred to the TV show as a “call,” and repeatedly touched his face and mouth.
A video compiled by Caleb Hull shows Biden, who has criticized President Trump’s response to the virus outbreak, brushing his face, putting his hand up to his mouth, cleaning his lips with his fingers, and wiping his eye with a finger:

Another time, he sounds confused about the meaning of “cure.”
“We have to take care of the cure — that will make the problem worse no matter what, no matter what,” he said.

Biden reported he has been keeping tabs on the competing rescue bills in the U.S. House and Senate.
