NFL players across the league are taking part in a special program where athletes can pay tribute to a chosen cause, by decorating their cleats.
The “My Cause, My Cleats” initiative is still in effect, and on Sunday Patriots WR Julian Edelman wore cleats honoring the victims of the Tree of Life synagogue shooting.

11 people were killed and six others were wounded , after 46-year-old Robert Bowers entered the synagogue and opened fire in late October.
Edelman wasn’t the only Patriot to take advantage of the team’s trip to Pittsburgh to honor the victims. Patriots Owner Robert Kraft went to the Tree of Life Synagogue and attended a service.
