Harvard Releases Second Statement on Terror Attacks Against Israel, Distances School from Pro-Terror Students

Following intense national backlash over silence among university leaders, Harvard President Claudine Gay released a second statement on Tuesday on the terror attacks against Israel, and distanced the school from its 30 student groups that expressed support for Palestinian terrorists and blamed Israel for the Hamas attacks that have so far left 1,000 Israelis dead.

Poison Ivy: Free Speech Org FIRE Names Harvard Worst School for Free Speech in America

Harvard University has been named 2023’s worst school for free speech by the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE). The organization recently released its annual college free speech rankings, in which it dubbed the state of free speech at the Ivy League school “abysmal.” Harvard’s rating of zero out of 100 is a full 11 points lower than its closest woke rival.

A report issued by a team of researchers from institutions including Harvard University found that economic and racial learning gaps in states such as Texas and Florida did not widen due to schools largely maintaining in-person classes during the Chinese coronavirus pandemic. Harvard Professor Thomas Kane explains: “Where schools remained in-person, gaps did not widen. Where schools shifted to remote learning, gaps widened sharply. Shifting to remote instruction was like turning a switch on a critical piece of our social infrastructure that we had taken for granted.”
