NEW YORK (AP) — One of Neil Gaiman’s publishers has dropped him as the British author faces multiple allegations of sexual assault and harassment. And his name is not on the website of the agency which has for years handled his speaking appearances.
MELBOURNE, Australia (AP) — Best-selling British author Neil Gaiman released a statement Wednesday denying he had ever engaged in non-consensual sex after a magazine this week published allegations from several women, accusing him of sexual assault.
“The Sandman” author Neil Gaiman has been accused of sexual assault by multiple women, who claim he sexually assaulted them, forced them to call him “Master,” and in one instance, ordered a woman to “lick [her] own sh*t.” A representative for the author said such acts were merely BDSM between consenting adults.
