Report: Emails Show CNN Reporter Coordinated with Hillary Camp to Attack GOP

Looks like we might have a smoking gun email proving what we’ve known for years: that CNN really is the Clinton News Network. As though watching the network isn’t proof enough of this, in order to embarrass Republican Senator Rand Paul and put a positive spin on Hillary Clinton’s Benghazi troubles, emails Gawker claims it received through a Freedom of Information Act request, appear to show a high-profile CNN foreign affairs reporter coordinating directly with Clinton’s State Department.

According to the emails, Elise Labott, the foreign affairs reporter recently suspended for bias, worked directly with Clinton aide Phillip Reines to craft two tweets that were eventually published by Labott: one slamming Rand Paul, the other involving a specific quote from Clinton proclaiming her transparency during the Benghazi investigation held by the Accountability Review Board, a board of Clinton appointees.

The Daily Caller first reported in-depth on the emails:

Labott appears to pick up on a previous conversation she was having with Reines during the Benghazi hearing, asking him: “are you sure rand paul wasn’t at any hearings?”

Five minutes after sending that email, Labott sent Reines another message sharing what she had tweeted about Paul.

Hours later, Labott and Reines were at it again. … Labott said that she had not received an email concerning another tweet. Reines wrote back “Pin,” an apparent reference to a private messaging system. Labott wrote back “will get back to you.” Eleven minutes later she sent an email reading, “done.” According to free-market advocate Phil Kerpen, who scoured through the emails on Tuesday, Labott sent the following message at Reines’ request:

Clinton: I tried to be transparent. I could have joined the 18 ARBs, kept it classified and then said goodbye. That is not who I am.

In this same email dump, as Breitbart News reported yesterday, we got a look at how Politico honcho Mike Allen sought favor from the Clintons by offering daughter Chelsea a “no risk” public relations opportunity disguised as an interview. If the emails are true, Allen offered to allow Chelsea to choose the topic of the interview and agreed to present the questions in advance.

These emails aren’t exactly a revelation to anyone familiar with CNN and Politico. Nor is the brazen partisan coordination to boost the Clintons and, at least in the case of CNN, to trash their Republican rivals. Both CNN and Politico are left-wing propaganda outlets, and have been since their inception.

Also not surprising is the fact that outside of New Media, the emails are either being ignored or downplayed by the DC Media, even by Politico’s so-called competitors.

There are two reason for this…

1. Everyone in the DC Media is guilty of coordinating with Democrats. They are all guilty of it, and if they go after Politico and CNN, they are all worried about being exposed with similar emails that will show NBC News, The Washington Post, CBS, The New York Times, etc., coordinating with Democrats.
2. The DC Media is one big, oily, corrupt, rotted family that does not compete with one another. Instead, they coordinate — not just with Democrats but on Narratives. It is not a coincidence that every DC Media outlet in America focuses on the same stories in the exact same way. They all share the same goals and protect one another. Brian Williams and Dan Rather are exceptions that prove the rule; corruption so heinous it can’t be buried.

In a recent debate, Florida Senator Marco Rubio correctly identified the DC Media as a Democrat super PAC.

Other than “Democrats sure got it good,” truer words have never been spoken.
