A new poll from CNN shows that merely "four in ten Democrats think the Israeli actions in Gaza are justified."

Although 57% of Americans agree that Israel’s military response in Gaza against Hamas rocket attacks is justified, only 40% of Democrats who were surveyed sided with Israel. A whopping majority of Republicans backed Israel at 74%, while 59% of independents also supported Israel.

Anyone who watched the Democratic National Convention in September shouldn't be surprised about the Democratic Party’s growing abandonment of Israel. It’s not just the titular leaders of the party, it’s the rank-and-file.
