Syrians Loading Chemicals into Bombs, Awaiting Launch Orders
During the last 5 to 7 days things have quickly escalated in Syria. From moving chemical weapons components, to mixing the chemicals necessary to make sarin gas to today's news -- the mixed chemicals have been put into bombs and the Syrian military is simply waiting for President Bashar Assad to give the order.
If launched this would mean Assad is using chemical weapons against his own people, and it would represent crossing a "red line" the White House has advised Assad not to cross.
According to a report, the Syrian military "has loaded the precursor chemicals for sarin...into aerial bombs that could be dropped on the Syrian people from dozens of fighter-bombers."
Sarin is the same gas Saddam Hussein used to kill more than 5,000 thousand Kurds in one fell swoop in 1988.
