VIDEO: Oxfam Head vs. SodaStream Chief in Televised Debate
By now you are probably all aware of the Scarlett Johansson vs. Oxfam story that has seen a global 'human rights' organization effectively urge for the further impoverishment of 5,000 Palestinians.
Oxfam, in distancing themselves from SodaStream's work which brings Israelis and Palestinians together, has parted ways with the blonde bombshell known as ScarJo, and repeated its calls for SodaSteam to shut down the factory in the Palestinian Territories.
Last night's BBC Newsnight programme in the UK saw Oxfam's policy director Ben Phillips go head-to-head against Daniel Birnbaum, the CEO of SodaStream, over the long-standing dispute.
When pressed on the question as to whether or not he wanted SodaStream's factory shut down, impoverishing up to 5,000 Palestinians, the Oxfam chief eventually replied, "We want no factories in the settlements".
