Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson has asked a Florida judge to reconsider her ruling that sent the former football player to jail for 30 days on Monday after Johnson playfully slapped his lawyer’s butt.
Judge Katie McHugh got enraged by the laughter that ensued and refused to accept a plea agreement and sentenced Johnson to jail.
According to TMZ, Johnson’s lawyer filed a motion alleging Johnson meant no disrespect, and a hearing is set for Monday.
McHugh, the judge, is reportedly legally blind.
